Additional Notes

  •  This model is only suitable for 18-23 ton excavators. Using it on excavators outside this tonnage range will result in insufficient striking force, abnormal wear of seals and cylinder blocks, and even hydraulic system failures.
  • The rated operating pressure is 16-18 MPa, and the actual working pressure is strictly prohibited to exceed 18 MPa; the oil flow must be controlled within 130-150 L/min. Overpressure or over-flow will accelerate the aging and cracking of seals, while excessively low flow will reduce impact efficiency and cause dry friction of seals.
  • The nitrogen charging pressure of the accumulator must strictly follow the standard of 8-10 kgf/cm². Overcharging will cause damage to the accumulator and impact damage to seals, while insufficient pressure will lead to weak striking of the breaker and increased reciprocating friction loss of seals.
  •  The seal kit is made of PU/NBR/FKM composite material, suitable for medium and heavy breaking operation scenarios with high temperature and heavy dust. After high-temperature operation, the equipment must be cooled down before shutdown to avoid deformation of seals due to thermal expansion and contraction.
  •  Inspect the condition of seals every 600-1000 working hours. If oil seepage in the cylinder block, wear of the dust seal, or bulging of the buffer seal is found, replace the entire seal kit immediately to prevent impurities from entering the cylinder block and causing jamming of the piston and chisel.
  •  Ensure uniform assembly clearance of all seals during installation, apply special hydraulic seal grease, and avoid hard hammering on the seal components to prevent deformation of seals and damage to the lip edges, which will affect the sealing effect.
