Additional Notes

  • Strictly  control the working flow at 115-160L/min and operating pressure at 14.7-17.7MPa for 20-25 ton excavators. Overpressure and overflow operation are strictly prohibited to avoid overload damage to core components like pistons and cylinders.
  •  Fully bleed air from hydraulic lines after installation to prevent cavitation damage to internal precision parts and ensure long-term stable operation.
  • Prohibit dry firing, side loading and prying heavy objects. Switch between normal and high speed modes according to material hardness to reduce abnormal wear of chisel and bushing, and extend service life. The cylinder bushing can be replaced separately after wear, reducing maintenance costs.
  • Lubricate the chisel before daily operation, regularly check hydraulic oil cleanliness, seal integrity and accumulator pressure. For long-term storage, depressurize, rustproof and store in a dry and ventilated environment.
