Additional Notes

  • This breaker is exclusively designed for 12-21 ton excavators. Utilizing it on carriers outside this weight range will cause hydraulic system mismatch, leading to reduced operational efficiency and severe damage to internal core components.
  • Maintain the operating pressure at 160-180 bar and oil flow at 85-130 L/min strictly. Any deviation from the specified range will accelerate wear of hydraulic parts and drastically compromise the breaker's impact performance and service life.
  • Only use original working tools with 110 mm diameter and 570 mm working length. Non-standard, modified or counterfeit tools will disrupt impact force transmission, and increase the risk of equipment jamming or failure during operation.
  • The guaranteed sound power level of the breaker is 120 dB(A). All on-site operators must wear professional hearing protection devices throughout the entire working process to prevent noise-induced hearing impairment.
