  • Ensure  the carrier's hydraulic flow is strictly within the 17-35 L/min rated range. Excessive flow will cause overheating and accelerated wear of internal components, while insufficient flow will lead to weak impact performance and reduced breaking efficiency.
  • Before operation, confirm the adapter plate is firmly installed and all fasteners are tightened to the specified torque. The 133 kg total weight with the plate requires reliable mounting to prevent loosening, structural resonance, and safety hazards during operation.
  • Never operate the breaker without the tool in full contact with the working surface. No-load striking will cause severe damage to the piston, tool, and internal hydraulic structure, drastically shortening the service life of the equipment.
  • After each use, thoroughly clean the breaker body and tool to remove debris, and check for oil leakage at hydraulic connections. Regularly inspect the tool for wear, bending, or cracks, and replace it immediately if any damage is found to avoid operational risks.
