Additional Notes

  • The TNB-6E is an officially designated box-type hydraulic breaker from TOKU, suitable for 1.0-2.0 ton small-tonnage excavators/loaders. It is a special model for small-space, lightweight breaking operations and must not be used in medium-heavy breaking scenarios.
  • Keep the chisel perpendicular to the breaking surface and firmly press against the object during operation. Stop the machine immediately after breaking is completed; idling is strictly prohibited. Do not shake the chisel or strike hard objects with a quick drop of the hammer to avoid cracking the chisel or main body bolts.
  • Do not operate in water or muddy areas to prevent mud accumulation from causing premature wear of internal parts such as the piston. Avoid operating when the hydraulic cylinder is fully extended or fully retracted to prevent impact vibration from damaging the host hydraulic cylinder.
  • Match the oil flow and operating pressure strictly in accordance with the original factory parameters. Overpressure or insufficient flow operation is prohibited. It is recommended to configure a separate hydraulic oil circuit to avoid sharing with other hydraulic components of the carrier and prevent pressure fluctuations from affecting equipment lifespan.
  • Maintain the nitrogen pressure stably at 0.8MPa. Follow the operating procedures strictly when inflating to prevent gas leakage from causing equipment failure. Check the air pressure before construction and replenish it in time if it is insufficient.
