Additional Notes

  • Keep the nitrogen pressure stable at the rated 8 bar to ensure the impact energy of the breaker is up to standard.
  • The carrier weight must be strictly matched to the 30-40 ton range to avoid mechanical failure caused by overload or underload.
  • Regularly check the wear of the 146mm chisel, and replace it in time if there is deformation or serious wear.
  • Ensure the oil flow is within 180-230 L/min during operation, and avoid abnormal oil supply affecting the working performance.
  • Use a hose with an inner diameter of 1 inch and check the tightness of the pipeline connection regularly to prevent oil leakage.
