Additional Notes

  • TNB6.5E is a medium-tonnage supplementary model in the TOKU TNB series, positioned between the small-tonnage TNB-6E (1.0-2.0ton) and the medium-tonnage TNB-4M (3.8-6.0ton). It has wider adaptability, meeting the needs of small-space operation and medium breaking strength simultaneously.
  • Ensure the actual oil flow and operating pressure of the equipment are consistent with the reference parameters. It is recommended to equip an independent hydraulic oil circuit and prohibit sharing the oil circuit with other hydraulic components of the carrier to avoid damage to the breaker valve group and oil seal caused by pressure fluctuation; overpressure and insufficient flow operation are strictly prohibited.
  • It is an exclusive box type design and must be matched with the corresponding box type installation interface. Mixing with the installation base of M-suffix open type models is prohibited. Check the tightness of fasteners after installation to prevent safety accidents caused by loosening during construction.
  • The 95mm chisel is interchangeable with that of TOKU TNB-4M/TNB-5M. Core parts such as the breaker body, oil seal and internal valve group are exclusive configurations for TNB6.5E. Cross-model mixing is prohibited, and original factory parts are preferred for parts replacement.
  • The box type model has a precise sealing structure. Check whether the nitrogen pressure is stably maintained at 0.8MPa before construction, and clean up dust and slurry at the connection between the chisel and the box body in a timely manner after operation; regularly inspect the box body seals and replenish special lubricating oil to prevent wear of internal parts.
  • It is suitable for medium breaking operations. It is forbidden to use it in high-intensity breaking scenarios such as over-tonnage heavy rock and reinforced concrete to avoid irreversible damage to the breaker body caused by overload.
