Additional Notes

  • Strictly  control the working flow at 160-225L/min and operating pressure at 14.7-17.7MPa for 30-45 ton excavators. Overflow and overpressure operation are strictly prohibited to avoid deformation or damage of core hydraulic components such as pistons, cylinders and main control valves and ensure the service life of the equipment.
  • Ensure sealed and leak-free pipeline connections during installation; After installation, the air in the pipeline must be completely exhausted to prevent cavitation from wearing the cylinder block and piston precision parts and ensure no abnormal noise and no power attenuation after startup.
  • Violent operations such as dry firing, side loading and prying heavy objects are strictly prohibited; Switch between normal/high-speed modes according to material hardness to reduce abnormal wear of chisel and bushing; The cylinder bushing can be replaced separately after wear, greatly reducing maintenance costs and extending the overall life cycle of the breaker.
  • Lubricate the chisel before daily operation to prevent dry grinding and rod wear; Regularly check the cleanliness of hydraulic oil, the integrity of seals and accumulator pressure; For long-term storage, depressurize, rustproof, and place in a dry and ventilated environment to avoid component corrosion and seal aging failure
