This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm cup (leather bowl) is custom engineered for MSB MS220-LOW light-type and MS230-MIDDLE medium-type hydraulic rock breakers, core spare part for breaker nitrogen accumulator system. It serves as isolation barrier between nitrogen and hydraulic oil, effectively solves nitrogen leakage, insufficient impact force, unstable breaking power and premature accumulator failure issues.
Made of imported high-performance HNBR composite rubber with reinforced fiber layer, the diaphragm features ultra-high elasticity, oil resistance, abrasion resistance and anti-fatigue performance. It fully matches OEM dimensional standards, direct replacement for original MSB diaphragm, greatly extend breaker service life under long-cycle heavy crushing operation.

Core diaphragm adopts imported HNBR rubber with fiber reinforcement layer, outstanding hydraulic oil resistance, aging resistance and dynamic anti-fatigue performance. Stable elastic performance under -35°C to 130°C wide temperature range, not easy to crack or deform under frequent impact cycles.
All finished diaphragms pass 26.0MPa high-pressure air tightness fatigue test. Effectively isolate nitrogen and hydraulic oil, avoid nitrogen escape and oil backflow inside accumulator, maintain stable breaking impact force, eliminate weak crushing, machine jitter and frequent nitrogen refilling problems.
Integrated package contains main diaphragm cup plus supporting gaskets and O-rings needed for accumulator full maintenance. One-stop spare parts supply shortens on-site repair time and reduces equipment downtime cost.
