This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm piston cup is specially developed for Etc. OKB5200 hydraulic rock breakers, a core wearing spare part widely matched on medium-large excavator crushing hammers for mining and demolition construction. It acts as the isolation seal between high-pressure nitrogen cavity and hydraulic oil circuit, solving common failures including nitrogen leakage, weak impact force, frequent pressure drop and early rupture of original diaphragm.
Adopted imported modified HNBR high-elastic rubber with special vulcanization molding process, the product features outstanding fatigue resistance, oil resistance, high temperature resistance and tear resistance. It perfectly replaces OEM original OKB5200 diaphragm, stable energy storage & release under long-time high-frequency impact, greatly extending breaker service life and cutting maintenance downtime.
