It acts as the core pressure isolation component of the breaker nitrogen accumulator, integrating high-elastic rubber cup and integrated diaphragm one-piece structure.
Adopted imported high-performance HNBR fluororubber composite material, the product boasts outstanding oil resistance, high pressure impact resistance, tear resistance and aging resistance. Core diaphragm and cup body adopt reinforced fiber HNBR fluororubber composite formula. Anti-hydraulic oil corrosion, anti-high temperature aging, ultra-high rebound elasticity, maintains stable mechanical performance under long-term alternating pressure shocks from -30°C to 125°C.
All finished products pass 18.5MPa fatigue impact cycle testing. Effectively isolate nitrogen chamber and hydraulic oil chamber, eliminate internal gas-oil mixing leakage, maintain stable accumulator energy storage pressure, guarantee consistent breaker impact power and avoid striking weakness.
Equipped with matched positioning gaskets and auxiliary O-rings required for accumulator overhaul. Complete supporting accessories simplify on-site maintenance procedures, shorten equipment downtime and reduce overall operation and maintenance costs of construction machinery.
