This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm piston cup is precision engineered for RAMMER S54 & E64 hydraulic rock breakers, core sealing spare part for excavator demolition attachments. It acts as the isolation barrier between high-pressure nitrogen chamber and hydraulic oil circuit, storing impact energy and stabilizing hammer blow force.

Core diaphragm body adopts imported high-density HNBR rubber with built-in fiber reinforcement layer. Excellent hydraulic oil aging resistance, anti-cracking and high rebound elasticity, keeps stable physical performance from -35°C low temperature to 135°C high working temperature.
Each diaphragm undergoes 120MPa cyclic pressure fatigue test for 500,000 times before delivery. Effectively avoid sudden rupture under frequent high-frequency impact, eliminate nitrogen leakage and insufficient striking power faults.
Uniform thickness precision molding ensures balanced elastic deformation during each impact cycle. Nitrogen energy release is stable, maintaining steady breaking blow force, improving crushing efficiency and reducing hydraulic system pressure fluctuation loss.
All finished diaphragms pass air tightness leakage test, high-pressure impact test and thermal aging test, fully meet RAMMER OEM production standards, reliable long-term performance under harsh construction sites.
