This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm & leather bowl repair kit is specially developed for MSB SAGA120 and SAGA180 hydraulic rock breakers, widely matched on medium & large excavator demolition machinery. The full set includes integral energy storage diaphragm, leather piston cup, O-rings, gaskets and anti-extrusion backup rings for complete breaker accumulator overhaul.
Produced with imported high-performance HNBR and modified polyurethane composite materials, the kit features outstanding hydraulic oil resistance, nitrogen aging resistance, high-frequency fatigue resistance and wide temperature adaptability. It fully replaces original MSB factory diaphragm assemblies, resolves common failures like nitrogen leakage, impact power attenuation, accumulator failure and abnormal breaker vibration, and greatly extends the service life of hydraulic hammers under continuous heavy crushing, mining and demolition working conditions.

Core diaphragm and leather bowl adopt high-density HNBR + reinforced PU vulcanization molding. Ultra-high elasticity and anti-tearing performance, resistant to hydraulic oil corrosion, nitrogen aging and high-frequency reciprocating impact, stable operation under -30°C ~ 125°C complex temperature environment.
All components pass strict 16.0MPa nitrogen pressure sealing fatigue test. Effectively isolate hydraulic oil and nitrogen medium, eliminate internal & external air leakage, maintain constant accumulator energy storage efficiency, guarantee continuous stable striking force and avoid breaker weak impact, stalling and abnormal noise.
Integrates all sealing and wearing spare parts required for accumulator disassembly and maintenance. One set covers all consumables, avoids repeated part procurement, shortens on-site repair downtime and reduces overall equipment operation and maintenance costs.
