This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm (rubber seal cup) is specially developed for KRUPP HM900, HM901, HM950, HM960 hydraulic rock breakers. It acts as the core gas-liquid isolation component inside the breaker accumulator, isolating nitrogen and hydraulic oil to maintain stable impact force.
Adopting imported high-performance HNBR + reinforced FKM composite rubber, the diaphragm boasts outstanding oil resistance, anti-fatigue impact resistance, high pressure and wide temperature adaptability. It fully matches original KRUPP dimensional standards, effectively solves common failures such as gas leakage, insufficient impact power, frequent nitrogen refilling and diaphragm rupture, greatly extending breaker service life under continuous heavy crushing operation.

Core diaphragm layer uses imported HNBR-FKM blended rubber with embedded anti-stretch fiber layer, equipped with reinforced metal central positioning plate. Excellent hydraulic oil erosion resistance, anti-aging and anti-fatigue performance, stable operation in -35°C ~ 135°C harsh working environment.
Each product undergoes 130MPa cyclic impact fatigue testing, effectively preventing sudden cracking under frequent high-frequency hammering. Perfect isolation of nitrogen and hydraulic oil, no gas-oil mixing, maintains consistent impact energy and stable breaker output power.
Integrated one-piece seal cup diaphragm, independent spare part without extra matching accessories. Simple disassembly and replacement, greatly shorten on-site maintenance downtime and reduce equipment operating cost.
