This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm (cup seal) is precision-manufactured for Etc. TOR18 hydraulic rock breakers, a core energy storage sealing component widely matched on medium excavator hydraulic hammers for construction, mining and demolition works. It works as an isolation barrier between high-pressure nitrogen chamber and hydraulic oil circuit, effectively solving common faults like diaphragm rupture, nitrogen leakage, unstable impact force and power drop.
Adopted imported high-performance PPDI polyurethane + reinforced modified HNBR composite material, the part features outstanding fatigue resistance, high pressure resistance, oil aging resistance and high elastic recovery.
