Additional Notes

  • .These parameters are technical indicators under standard working conditions. Actual operation shall be adjusted according to the construction environment and the matching degree of the excavator's hydraulic system. Over-pressure and over-flow operation are strictly prohibited to avoid hydraulic pipeline burst.
  • Check the specifications of piston rods, hoses and other accessories before operation. Only hoses with diameters of 3/8 and 1/2 inch and piston rods with a diameter of 45 mm can be used; mixing accessories of other specifications is strictly prohibited.
  • Lubricate the equipment before operation and after 2-3 hours of continuous operation. When greasing, place the breaker vertically and press the piston rod tightly to prevent grease from entering the hydraulic system.
  •  Keep the equipment perpendicular to the material at a 90° angle during crushing operation, and avoid continuous striking at a single point for more than 30 seconds to prevent excessive wear of the piston rod and overheating of hydraulic oil.
