This heavy-duty breaker diaphragm & full seal repair kit is customized for SOOSAN SB81, SB100, ST200 hydraulic rock breakers, widely equipped on medium & large excavators for demolition, rock crushing and mining construction works. The complete set includes accumulator rubber diaphragm (leather cup), shaft oil seals, O-rings, gaskets, backup rings and dust wipers for full breaker overhaul maintenance.
Main sealing and diaphragm parts adopt imported high-performance HNBR & FKM fluororubber composite material, featuring outstanding high pressure resistance, oil resistance, low temperature flexibility, anti-fatigue and anti-aging performance. It perfectly matches original SOOSAN spare parts, solves typical failures such as nitrogen leakage, internal hydraulic oil seepage, unstable impact force and frequent power drop, greatly extending breaker service life under long-time heavy impact working conditions.

Core diaphragm adopts high tensile HNBR rubber with high elasticity and tear resistance; all oil seals use FKM fluororubber compound. Stable performance under -35°C low temperature cold construction and 135°C continuous high temperature impact, anti-hydraulic oil corrosion and long-term fatigue cracking.
Every diaphragm and seal component passes 125MPa ultra-high pressure nitrogen tightness and impact fatigue testing. Effectively eliminates accumulator nitrogen leakage, cylinder internal & external oil seepage, maintains stable impact frequency and consistent breaking power without attenuation.
Integrates all diaphragm and sealing consumables needed for full breaker disassembly maintenance. One set covers accumulator, main piston, front cylinder, reversing valve and dustproof parts, shortens equipment maintenance downtime and reduces overall operation cost.
