This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm & cup seal kit is customized for SOOSAN ST300 hydraulic rock breakers, widely matched with 20–26 ton excavators for mining, demolition and road construction. The full set includes accumulator diaphragm, rubber cup, O-rings, gaskets and reinforced backup rings for complete breaker accumulator overhaul.
Manufactured with imported high-performance HNBR & PPDI composite rubber with textile reinforcement, the kit delivers outstanding impact resistance, hydraulic oil resistance, high temperature stability and anti-tear performance. It perfectly replaces original SOOSAN rubber parts, solves common failures like nitrogen leakage, power attenuation and abnormal hammer impact, and extends continuous service life under high-frequency heavy impact working conditions.

Core diaphragm and rubber cup adopt high-elastic PPDI composite rubber with built-in textile reinforcement layer, equipped with high-temperature resistant HNBR auxiliary seals. Excellent oil corrosion resistance, anti-aging and anti-tear performance, stable operation within -35°C ~ 135°C wide temperature range.
All sealing components pass 130MPa ultra-high pressure fatigue impact testing. Effectively stop internal nitrogen leakage and external hydraulic oil seepage, maintain stable accumulator energy storage efficiency, guarantee consistent breaker impact force and avoid power drop during continuous operation.
Contains all rubber sealing consumables required for ST300 accumulator disassembly maintenance. Complete matching parts reduce secondary procurement and shorten on-site repair downtime, lowering overall equipment operating and maintenance costs.
