This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm & leather cup repair kit is specially customized for TOYO THBB800, THBB1400, TOYO1400, TOYO1600 hydraulic rock breakers, widely matched on medium & large excavators for demolition, mining and road construction. The package contains complete energy storage diaphragm, piston leather cup, auxiliary sealing rings and wear-resistant gaskets for full accumulator overhaul.
Manufactured with imported high-strength PPDI composite rubber and reinforced NBR leather cup material, the kit features outstanding high-frequency fatigue resistance, hydraulic oil resistance and high temperature stability. It perfectly replaces original TOYO breaker spare parts, solves common failures including nitrogen leakage, insufficient impact force, abnormal hammer weakening and oil-gas mixing, and extends breaker service life under long-time heavy impact operation.
