Additional Notes

  • Match the oil flow and operating pressure in strict accordance with the reference parameters. This model is a medium and heavy configuration, so it is recommended to equip the carrier with an independent hydraulic pump station and avoid sharing the oil circuit with other hydraulic components to prevent the reduction of striking force and hammer body failure caused by insufficient pressure.
  • Maintain the nitrogen pressure stably at 1.1MPa, which is the exclusive pressure standard for TOKU 7-series models. Inflating at the 0.8MPa standard of small-tonnage models is strictly prohibited. Excessively high or low pressure will directly damage the accumulator and valve group inside the hammer body.
  • Both I-beam and box type guard installations are supported; select the corresponding guard according to the working scenario. Check the tightness of the connection between the guard and the hammer body after installation. It is recommended to install anti-loosening buckles for heavy breaking operations to prevent the guard from falling off during construction.
  • It is suitable for 8-14 ton medium and heavy excavators. Ensure the chisel is fully pressed against the breaking surface during operation; half-pressed idling is strictly prohibited. For heavy rock breaking, it is recommended to adopt the spot breaking method to avoid overheating damage to the hammer body caused by long-term continuous striking.
  • Shorten the maintenance cycle in medium and heavy working scenarios. Check the chisel wear and seal condition after every 8 hours of operation, and replenish special high-temperature grease in a timely manner; clean the hydraulic oil circuit filter element regularly to prevent impurities from entering the hammer body.
