Additional Notes

  • Strictly match the hydraulic parameters of 45-60 ton excavators. Overpressure and excessive flow are prohibited to avoid overload damage and oil leakage of the main valve and seals.
  • Suitable for 45-60 ton large excavators. Must be installed by professional technicians. Air in the pipelines must be completely exhausted before installation to prevent cavitation damage to internal components.
  • Avoid prolonged dry firing and side loading. Adjust frequency according to rock hardness to reduce abnormal wear and breakage of the chisel and piston, and extend the service life of core components.
  • Regularly check the cleanliness of hydraulic oil, accumulator pressure and all sealing parts. For long-term storage, take proper measures for rust prevention, pressure relief and moisture protection to ensure stable equipment performance.
