This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm piston cup is custom engineered for Etc. TOR36 hydraulic rock breakers widely fitted on medium excavators and engineering construction machinery. It serves as the core energy storage sealing part of the breaker nitrogen accumulator, isolating high-pressure nitrogen and hydraulic oil. It solves common faults like diaphragm rupture, nitrogen leakage, insufficient impact force and pressure attenuation, effectively stabilizing breaker output impact energy and extending the whole machine service life under long-cycle high-frequency impact working conditions.
Made of imported reinforced PPDI composite rubber with high fatigue resistance, the part delivers outstanding oil resistance, high pressure resistance, anti-fatigue and anti-aging performance, fully interchangeable with original TOR36 OEM diaphragm.
