This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm piston cup is custom engineered for Etc. TOR55 hydraulic rock breakers, widely matched with medium-sized excavators for demolition, mining and road construction work. It acts as the core energy storage sealing part to isolate high-pressure nitrogen and hydraulic oil, effectively solving common failures like diaphragm rupture, nitrogen leakage, insufficient impact force and weak hammer output.
Manufactured with imported modified HNBR + high-toughness PU composite material, the part features outstanding fatigue resistance, hydraulic oil resistance and wide temperature adaptability. It fully replaces original Etc. TOR55 OEM diaphragm, stabilizes breaker striking power and greatly extends service life under continuous high-frequency impact working conditions.

Core diaphragm adopts imported modified HNBR bonded with reinforced PU layer, anti-aging, oil corrosion resistant and tear resistant. Maintains stable elasticity from -30°C low-temperature construction to 125°C high-load continuous operation.
Finished via secondary high-temperature vulcanization process, withstands millions of high-frequency reciprocating deformation cycles without cracking or permanent deformation. Effectively stops nitrogen leakage and internal oil cross-flow, ensures consistent striking force of the breaker.
Complete supporting sealing accessories included, one set covers all consumable seals required for accumulator overhaul. Shortens on-site maintenance time and reduces overall equipment operation & maintenance cost.
Every diaphragm undergoes high-pressure nitrogen tightness test, fatigue impact cycle test and high-low temperature aging test before delivery. Reaches OEM production standards, guarantees long-term stable performance under heavy construction loads.
