This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm & seal repair kit is specially developed for TOYO TOYO656-LOW hydraulic rock breakers, widely matched on medium & large excavator breaking equipment. The full set includes core accumulator diaphragm (rubber cup), O-rings, gaskets, backup rings and auxiliary sealing parts for complete breaker overhaul maintenance.
Adopted imported high-strength composite NBR + reinforced FKM fluororubber compound, the kit delivers outstanding oil resistance, anti-fatigue, wear & tear resistance and impact buffer performance. It fully replaces original TOYO OEM diaphragm assemblies, thoroughly solves common failures such as nitrogen leakage, weak striking force, short diaphragm service life and abnormal pressure fluctuation, greatly extending breaker service life under long-term mine, road demolition heavy-load working conditions.
