This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm & piston cup repair kit is specially developed for OKADA UB12, UB1600, UB2000, OUB310, OUB312 hydraulic rock breakers, widely matched with mini and medium excavator demolition hammers. The kit contains complete accumulator rubber diaphragm, piston cup, auxiliary O-rings and wear-resistant gaskets for full accumulator overhaul.
Adopted imported modified NBR and high-performance PU reinforced rubber with metal core reinforcement, the product features outstanding hydraulic oil resistance, high fatigue resistance, wide temperature adaptability and anti-aging performance. It perfectly replaces original OKADA accumulator rubber parts, solves common failures such as nitrogen leakage, hydraulic oil mixing, insufficient impact force and abnormal hammer jumping, and greatly extends the service life of breakers under long-time high-frequency impact working conditions.

Core diaphragm and piston cup adopt imported modified NBR + PU composite material with embedded metal reinforcement core. Excellent anti-fatigue performance to withstand millions of high-frequency stretching cycles; oil-resistant, corrosion-resistant and anti-aging, stable elastic performance between -30°C and 120°C without hardening or cracking.
All finished products pass strict 26MPa high-pressure nitrogen sealing test, completely isolate high-pressure nitrogen chamber and hydraulic oil circuit. Effectively eliminate nitrogen leakage, oil mixing, insufficient impact power and hammer jitter, maintain stable breaker striking force during continuous heavy-duty operation.
Equipped with all supporting sealing accessories required for accumulator full maintenance including main diaphragm, piston cup, matching O-rings and gaskets. One set covers all consumables, reduces repeated spare parts procurement and shortens on-site equipment downtime, lowering overall machinery maintenance cost.
