This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm & seal cup repair kit is specially developed for OKADA UB2500, OUB316, OUB318 hydraulic rock breakers, widely matched on medium and large excavator crushing equipment. The full set includes accumulator rubber diaphragm, integral seal cup, O-rings, gaskets and anti-extrusion backup rings for complete breaker overhaul maintenance.
Adopting imported high-performance NBR and FKM fluororubber composite material with reinforced stainless steel core, the product features outstanding oil resistance, shock resistance, abrasion resistance and low-temperature ageing resistance. It perfectly replaces original OKADA OEM diaphragms, solves common failures such as accumulator air leakage, nitrogen loss, insufficient impact force and diaphragm cracking, and greatly extends the continuous service life of breakers under long-term high-frequency impact heavy-load working conditions.
