This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm & cup repair kit is specially developed for DAEMO DMB02 and DMB03 small hydraulic rock breakers, widely matched with mini excavator hydraulic hammer accumulator systems. The full set includes integrated rubber diaphragm, pressure-resistant cup leather, matching O-rings, gaskets and auxiliary sealing rings for complete accumulator overhaul replacement.
Adopting imported high-strength composite NBR and FKM fluororubber as core raw materials, the product delivers outstanding hydraulic oil resistance, impact fatigue resistance and wide temperature adaptability. It perfectly replaces original DAEMO OEM diaphragm parts, solves common failures such as diaphragm rupture, air leakage, insufficient striking force and accumulator pressure attenuation, and greatly extends continuous working life of small breakers under long-term stone crushing, demolition and heavy impact working conditions.

Core diaphragm and leather cup adopt thickened high-toughness FKM fluororubber composite formula with fiber reinforcement layer inside. Excellent anti-oil swelling, anti-aging and anti-tearing performance, stable elastic output within -25°C ~ 115°C wide temperature range, resistant to long-time hydraulic oil soaking and high-frequency impact fatigue.
All finished products pass 23.0MPa high-pressure nitrogen fatigue cycle testing. Effectively avoid diaphragm cracking, air leakage and pressure loss, maintain stable accumulator nitrogen pressure, guarantee continuous and consistent hammer striking force, reduce equipment power attenuation during long-hour crushing operation.
