This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm & seal cup kit is specially engineered for D&A series hydraulic rock breakers (4500, 5500, 515V, 450V, 552V), widely matched on medium & large excavator demolition hammers, mining and construction crushing equipment. The full repair pack includes accumulator diaphragm, piston seal cups, O-rings, gaskets and anti-extrusion backup rings for complete breaker overhaul maintenance.
Adopted imported high-performance modified PPDI polyurethane + FKM fluororubber composite material, the kit features outstanding high-frequency fatigue resistance, nitrogen & hydraulic oil corrosion resistance, wide temperature adaptability and anti-aging performance. It perfectly replaces original D&A OEM diaphragm parts, solves common failures like diaphragm rupture, nitrogen leakage, insufficient impact force and pressure attenuation, greatly extending breaker service life under continuous heavy impact operation.

Ultra-high high-frequency fatigue resistance, withstand thousands of reciprocating impact deformations per minute without cracking, rupture or permanent deformation; excellent oil & nitrogen corrosion resistance, stable elastic performance under -30°C~120°C wide temperature range.
All components pass strict 32MPa ultra-high pressure air tightness & fatigue cycle tests. Effectively isolate hydraulic oil chamber and nitrogen energy storage chamber, eliminate internal nitrogen leakage and external oil seepage, maintain stable accumulator pressure, guarantee consistent breaker impact energy and avoid power drop during continuous crushing operation.
