This heavy-duty accumulator rubber diaphragm (breaker cup seal) is specially customized for Eddie EDT9500F and EDT10000 hydraulic rock breakers. It is the core sealing component of the breaker nitrogen accumulator, used to isolate high-pressure nitrogen and hydraulic oil completely.
Adopted imported reinforced HNBR / FKM fluororubber composite material with special vulcanization forming process, the diaphragm features outstanding fatigue resistance, oil resistance, high pressure resistance and low temperature flexibility. It thoroughly solves common faults such as nitrogen leakage, hydraulic oil mixing, weak impact force and pressure attenuation, greatly extending the service life of EDT series large hydraulic breakers under continuous high-frequency heavy crushing operation.

Core diaphragm body adopts imported HNBR base material compounded with FKM fluororubber, plus fiber-reinforced edge treatment. It resists hydraulic oil corrosion, high temperature aging and low-temperature hardening, maintains stable elasticity at -35°C ~ 135°C, and withstands millions of high-frequency stretching cycles without cracking or permanent deformation.
All finished diaphragms pass strict 52MPa instantaneous impact pressure and air tightness testing. Effectively blocks nitrogen leakage and hydraulic oil backflow into the nitrogen chamber, maintains stable accumulator pressure, eliminates problems of weak striking force, unstable impact frequency and increased fuel consumption caused by failed original diaphragms.
The outer sealing edge is thickened and reinforced with fiber interlayer, avoiding edge tearing and local damage under long-term high-pressure reciprocating deformation. Compared with ordinary domestic rubber diaphragms, service life is increased by more than 2 times, reducing frequent shutdown maintenance cost.
Each batch of diaphragms undergoes raw material tensile test, vulcanization hardness inspection, air tightness aging test and high-frequency fatigue impact test before delivery, fully meets Eddie OEM manufacturing standards, ensuring stable and reliable long-term operation in harsh construction environments.
