Product Overview

This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm (seal cup) is precision manufactured for RAMMAR hydraulic rock breakers S86, G80, G88, G90, G100 and OEM part BR4099, the core energy storage sealing spare part of breaker nitrogen accumulator. It isolates high-pressure nitrogen chamber and hydraulic oil circuit, delivering stable impact force for long-hour crushing operation.

Adopted imported high-performance PPDI polyurethane & modified NBR composite material, the diaphragm features outstanding fatigue resistance, high pressure resistance, oil aging resistance and anti-tearing performance. It perfectly replaces original RAMMAR OEM diaphragm, solves common failures like weak impact power, nitrogen leakage, oil mixing and short service life, greatly lowering breaker maintenance frequency and operating cost.
