This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm & piston cup repair kit is specially developed for MITSUI600-HIGH / R3-HIGH hydraulic rock breakers, widely matched with excavator-mounted hydraulic hammers for construction, mining and demolition work. The package includes integral energy storage diaphragm, piston cup, auxiliary O-rings and sealing gaskets for full accumulator overhaul.
Adopted imported high-performance modified NBR + PPDI composite rubber, the product features outstanding oil resistance, high-frequency fatigue resistance, high pressure and temperature stability. It perfectly replaces original MITSUI breaker core sealing parts, solves common failures such as nitrogen leakage, impact force attenuation and abnormal hammer jitter, greatly extending the service life of hydraulic breakers under continuous heavy impact operation.

Core diaphragm and piston cup adopt imported PPDI modified rubber with special vulcanization craft. Excellent hydraulic oil corrosion resistance, anti-aging and high rebound performance, stably operate under -35°C ~ 130°C wide temperature range, adapt to high-temperature continuous impact working conditions.
All components pass 70MPa ultra-high pressure dynamic fatigue test, withstand millions of high-frequency stretching and rebound cycles without cracking, deformation or air leakage. Effectively maintain stable nitrogen pressure, guarantee consistent breaker impact force and avoid power drop during construction.
