This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm & piston cup repair kit is specially developed for DAEMO B600 and B900 hydraulic rock breakers, widely matched on medium & large excavator hydraulic hammer attachments for mining, demolition and road construction. The full set includes nitrogen accumulator diaphragm, piston cup (leather cup), auxiliary O-rings and gaskets for complete breaker accumulator overhaul.
Manufactured with imported reinforced aramid fiber composite NBR and high tensile FKM fluororubber, the kit delivers outstanding fatigue resistance, hydraulic oil resistance, high-pressure nitrogen sealing and anti-aging performance. It perfectly replaces original DAEMO OEM diaphragm & piston cup parts, solves common faults such as nitrogen leakage, insufficient impact force, frequent energy loss and weak hammer output, and greatly extends breaker service life under continuous high-frequency heavy impact operation.

Core diaphragm and piston cup adopt aramid fiber reinforced composite rubber with secondary vulcanization molding. FKM auxiliary seals resist high-temperature hydraulic oil corrosion, maintain stable elasticity from -30°C to 120°C, and withstand millions of high-frequency reciprocating stretching without cracking or hardening.
All components pass strict 18MPa high-pressure nitrogen sealing fatigue test. Effectively isolate hydraulic oil and high-pressure nitrogen, eliminate accumulator air leakage, guarantee consistent energy storage efficiency, stable impact frequency and sustained hammer breaking force during long-time continuous operation.
Integrates all required sealing accessories for full accumulator disassembly and maintenance. One set covers all consumable rubber parts, reduces separate part procurement time and cuts equipment downtime & maintenance cost.
