This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm (rubber seal cup) is specially developed for Montabert BRV53 & BRV55 hydraulic rock breakers. It serves as the core energy storage sealing component of the nitrogen accumulator, matching full set of supporting O-rings and gaskets for complete accumulator overhaul.
Manufactured with imported high-performance HNBR & FKM fluororubber composite material, the diaphragm features outstanding shock resistance, oil resistance, nitrogen aging resistance and anti-tear performance. It perfectly replaces original Montabert OEM diaphragm parts, solves common failures such as nitrogen leakage, insufficient striking force, unstable impact frequency and early breaker power attenuation, and greatly extends breaker service life under long-term mine & construction heavy-load working conditions.

Fully dimensionally compatible with original Montabert BRV53 / BRV55 breaker accumulators, consistent with OEM part numbers 86633856 and 86664380. No cutting, grinding or modification required for direct on-site installation.
Core diaphragm adopts high-toughness HNBR-FKM dual-layer composite rubber, equipped with fiber reinforced anti-tear layer. Resists hydraulic oil corrosion, nitrogen aging and high-frequency impact fatigue, stable operation under -35°C ~ 130°C wide temperature range.
All finished products pass 16.5MPa high-pressure nitrogen air tightness and repeated impact fatigue testing. Effectively stop internal & external nitrogen leakage of accumulator, maintain stable energy storage buffer, guarantee consistent breaker striking force and uniform impact frequency.
Contains all sealing spare parts required for full accumulator disassembly maintenance. Integrated matching accessories reduce spare parts matching time and lower construction equipment downtime & maintenance cost.
Every batch of diaphragms undergoes air tightness, high-pressure nitrogen aging and repeated impact cycle tests before delivery. Fully meets Montabert OEM production standards, stable and reliable long-term operation in harsh mining & construction environments.
