This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm cup is specially engineered for BRESTA BS523 & BS527 hydraulic rock breakers, core energy storage sealing spare parts widely matched on medium-size excavator hydraulic hammers. It serves as the isolation barrier between nitrogen gas chamber and hydraulic oil circuit, preventing nitrogen leakage, weak impact force and abnormal high temperature faults.
Manufactured with modified imported high-toughness FKM fluororubber reinforced fiber composite material, the diaphragm cup features outstanding fatigue resistance, high pressure resistance, hydraulic oil corrosion resistance and wide temperature adaptability. All finished products pass 18.0MPa high-pressure air tightness fatigue cycle test. Effectively isolate hydraulic oil and nitrogen storage cavity, eliminate nitrogen escape, insufficient impact force, breaker power attenuation and oil overheating failures, maintain consistent breaking efficiency during long continuous operation.
