Additional Notes

  • The hydraulic system must strictly match a pressure of 137–157 bar and a flow rate of 60–90 l/min. Overpressure and excessive flow are prohibited to avoid overload damage and oil leakage of the main valve and seals.
  • This machine is suitable for 4–9 ton mini excavators and must be installed by professional technicians. Air in the pipelines must be completely exhausted before installation to prevent cavitation damage to internal components.
  • Adjust the impact frequency reasonably according to working conditions during operation. Avoid prolonged idling and eccentric striking to prevent abnormal wear and breakage of the chisel, and extend the service life of core components.
  • Regularly check the cleanliness of hydraulic oil, accumulator pressure and all sealing parts. For long-term storage, take proper measures for rust prevention, pressure relief and moisture protection to ensure stable equipment performance.
