Additional Notes
-
Strictly control the hydraulic oil pressure (265-294 bar / 270-300 kg/cm²) and flow rate (290-340 l/min) in accordance with the specified parameters. Overpressure or excessive flow will cause overload of the external main valve and accumulator, accelerate the aging of seals, and even lead to housing cracking; insufficient pressure will directly reduce the striking force and operation efficiency.
- This model features an external main valve with accumulator structure, and installation must be performed by professional technicians. Purge all air from the hydraulic pipelines before installation to prevent cavitation damage to the main valve. Charge the accumulator with nitrogen to the manufacturer-specified pressure only. Overpressure or underpressure is strictly prohibited, as it will drastically reduce the buffering effect and shorten the service life of the chisel and cylinder.
- Adjust the impact frequency (90-130 bpm) according to working conditions: use medium-low frequency for hard rock breaking. Prolonged full-load high-frequency continuous operation is strictly forbidden to prevent hydraulic oil overheating and seal failure. Perform regular maintenance: inspect hydraulic oil cleanliness, accumulator nitrogen pressure, and chisel wear on a routine basis. Replace hydraulic oil, filters, and seals at scheduled intervals to prevent impurities from entering the main valve and causing valve jamming or internal leakage.
For long-term storage: fully retract the chisel, release the accumulator pressure, apply anti-rust grease to moving parts such as the chisel and pins, and store the breaker in a dry, well-ventilated indoor environment. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, rain, or outdoor conditions, which will cause hydraulic oil deterioration and metal corrosion, compromising performance and safety when reactivated
