This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm repair kit is specially developed for EDT EDT4500 silent hydraulic rock breakers equipped on 40–55 ton excavators. The full set contains core nitrogen accumulator leather cups (diaphragms), main oil seals, O-rings, buffer seals, dust wipers, gaskets and PTFE backup rings for complete breaker overhaul maintenance.
Constructed with imported reinforced FKM fluororubber and high-toughness NBR composite rubber, the kit delivers outstanding nitrogen resistance, hydraulic oil resistance, high impact wear resistance and anti-aging performance. It fully matches original EDT OEM dimensions, thoroughly solves common failures such as nitrogen leakage, weak impact force, internal oil cross-leakage and abnormal pressure drop, greatly extending continuous service life under harsh mining and demolition heavy-load working conditions.
