Additional Notes

  • This breaker is exclusively designed for 4.5-9 ton excavators. Mismatching with over/under-weight carriers will cause hydraulic system imbalance, reduce impact efficiency and accelerate internal part wear.
  • Maintain the operating pressure at 100-150 bar and oil flow at 62-100 L/min during operation. Abnormal parameters will lead to weak impact, frequent hammer idling or even hydraulic component damage.
  • Only use original working tools with 80 mm diameter and 400 mm working length. Non-genuine or modified tools will damage the breaker's internal structure and drastically reduce its service life.
  • The guaranteed sound power level is 122 dB(A). All on-site operators must wear professional hearing protection devices throughout the construction process to prevent noise-induced hearing damage.
