This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm (nitrogen cup) is specially developed for EDDIE EDT8000E large hydraulic rock breakers. It is the core sealing component of the breaker nitrogen accumulator, isolating high-pressure nitrogen and hydraulic oil completely. Manufactured with modified imported HNBR and reinforced PU composite material, the diaphragm delivers outstanding high-frequency impact resistance, oil resistance and anti-fatigue performance. It effectively solves common faults including nitrogen leakage, insufficient striking force and unstable impact output, greatly extending the service life of EDT8000E breaker under continuous heavy-load crushing operations.

Adopts imported high-performance HNBR rubber with reinforced PU interlayer, excellent anti-fatigue and anti-aging property. Stable elasticity maintained under -35°C ~ 135°C wide temperature range, resistant to hydraulic oil corrosion and high-frequency cyclic deformation.
Passed strict 52MPa instantaneous high-pressure impact cycle test. No air/nitrogen leakage under long-time continuous striking, keeps consistent nitrogen pressure inside accumulator, avoids weak striking force and power attenuation of the breaker.
Specially optimized for 180–200bpm high-frequency striking of EDT8000E breaker. Withstands millions of reciprocating compression cycles without cracking, permanent deformation or delamination, reduces frequent replacement downtime.
Each diaphragm undergoes air tightness, high-pressure fatigue and temperature aging tests before delivery, meets original factory OEM quality standards, stable and reliable for long-term harsh construction.
