This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm is specially customized for Eddie EDT9000 large hydraulic rock breakers. It is the core sealing component of the breaker nitrogen accumulator, isolating hydraulic oil and nitrogen to stabilize impact pressure. Adopted imported reinforced PPDI composite fluororubber material, it features outstanding anti-fatigue, wear resistance, oil resistance and high temperature resistance. It perfectly replaces original EDT OEM diaphragm, solves common faults such as nitrogen leakage, insufficient striking force, pressure attenuation and frequent diaphragm rupture, greatly extending continuous working time of large mining breakers under heavy impact cyclic load.

Core diaphragm body adopts imported thickened PPDI interlayer + FKM fluororubber outer layer, edge reinforced anti-tear structure. Resist hydraulic oil corrosion, high-frequency impact fatigue, stable operation under -35°C ~ 135°C harsh temperature environment.
All finished products pass 42MPa cyclic pressure impact aging test. Effectively block nitrogen gas leakage and hydraulic oil mixing inside accumulator, maintain stable pre-charge pressure, eliminate weak striking, intermittent hammering and power drop failures.
Integrated one-time vulcanization molding, uniform thickness without internal bubbles. Greatly improve resistance to high-frequency repeated stretching, reduce frequent replacement frequency, cut equipment maintenance downtime cost.
Each diaphragm undergoes air tightness test, cyclic impact fatigue test, high and low temperature aging test before delivery, fully meets OEM factory quality standards, stable and reliable for long-term mining heavy load operation.
