This premium repair diaphragm & full seal kit is specially engineered for GENERAL GB510E, GB530E, GB630E hydraulic rock breakers, widely matched with medium & large excavators for demolition, mining and road construction. The complete set includes accumulator diaphragm (leather cup), piston seals, rod seals, dust wipers, O-rings, gaskets, PTFE backup rings and guide rings for full breaker overhaul.
Core diaphragm (leather cup) adopts imported high-strength fabric-reinforced FKM composite material; other sealing parts use premium NBR & PU polyurethane. The whole kit features outstanding oil resistance, impact fatigue resistance, high pressure resistance and wide temperature adaptability. It perfectly replaces original GENERAL GB series seals & diaphragms, solves common faults including accumulator air leakage, hydraulic oil seepage, impact power attenuation and unstable blow frequency, greatly extending breaker service life under long-term heavy impact operation.

The core leather cup diaphragm uses multi-layer fabric-clamped FKM fluororubber composite material. It effectively resists nitrogen pressure impact, avoids early rupture under frequent high-frequency strikes, and solves the industry pain point of short service life of ordinary rubber diaphragms.
Dynamic sealing parts adopt high-wear PU polyurethane; static seals and gaskets use oil-resistant NBR; high-pressure parts are equipped with PTFE anti-extrusion backup rings. Stable performance between -30°C and 120°C, resistant to hydraulic oil corrosion, aging and deformation.
All components pass strict 28MPa high-pressure fatigue impact testing. Effectively eliminate accumulator air leakage, cylinder internal leakage and external oil seepage, maintain stable nitrogen pre-charge and hydraulic output, guarantee consistent breaker impact force and blow frequency without power drop.
