Additional Notes

  • This breaker is exclusively engineered for 22-38 ton excavators. Using it on carriers outside this weight range will cause severe hydraulic system mismatch, leading to reduced impact efficiency and irreversible damage to internal core components.
  • Maintain the operating pressure at 160-180 bar and oil flow at 150-190 L/min strictly. Any deviation will accelerate wear of hydraulic precision parts, compromise the breaker's stable operation and shorten its overall service life.
  • Only use original working tools with 145 mm diameter and 635 mm working length. Non-standard, modified or counterfeit tools will disrupt impact force transmission, and greatly increase the risk of equipment jamming, breakage or sudden failure during heavy-duty operation.
  • The guaranteed sound power level of the breaker is 120 dB(A). All on-site operators must wear professional and certified hearing protection devices throughout the entire construction process to prevent noise-induced hearing impairment.
