This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm and piston cup repair kit is specially developed for Furukawa HB400 & HB700 hydraulic rock breakers. It contains standard energy storage diaphragm, piston cup, matched O-rings and auxiliary sealing rings for full accumulator overhaul maintenance.
Manufactured with imported high-performance HNBR hydrogenated nitrile rubber and reinforced fiber layer, the kit delivers outstanding oil resistance, high-frequency fatigue resistance, low-temperature flexibility and heat resistance. It perfectly replaces original Furukawa diaphragm & piston cup parts, resolves common failures including nitrogen leakage, insufficient striking force, hydraulic oil mixing with nitrogen gas and hammer power attenuation, and extends breaker service life under continuous high-frequency impact operation in harsh mining & construction sites.

All parts pass strict 90MPa high-pressure nitrogen sealing test. Effectively isolate hydraulic oil chamber and nitrogen energy storage chamber, eliminate nitrogen leakage, oil-gas mixing, low impact force and hammer overheating faults, stabilize breaker output striking power continuously.
