This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm (piston cup) is specially developed for Indeco MES301 hydraulic rock breakers. It is the core sealing component inside the breaker accumulator, isolating high-pressure nitrogen chamber and hydraulic oil circuit completely. Manufactured with imported reinforced HNBR composite rubber, the diaphragm features outstanding fatigue resistance, oil resistance, high-temperature resistance and anti-aging performance. It effectively solves common failures such as nitrogen leakage, impact force attenuation and hydraulic overheating, stabilizing continuous impact output and greatly extending the service life of the breaker under long-term crushing, demolition and mining heavy-load operation.

Fully matched with original Indeco MES301 breaker, consistent with OEM part number 3115182200. Standard dome integrated molding design, no cutting or modification required for direct installation, perfectly fits the accumulator inner cavity.
Core diaphragm adopts thickened reinforced HNBR composite rubber with special vulcanization process. It resists hydraulic oil corrosion, high-frequency stretching fatigue, and maintains stable elasticity at -35°C to 130°C without hardening, cracking or permanent deformation.
Strictly tested under 32MPa cyclic high-frequency pressure. It completely separates nitrogen and hydraulic oil, avoids nitrogen leakage and oil gas mixing, ensures consistent impact energy, eliminates weak hammer, slow rebound and breaker overheating faults.
Integrated seamless forming without splicing gaps; thickened edge reinforcement reduces edge tearing risk under frequent reciprocating deformation. Lower replacement frequency and cut equipment maintenance cost effectively.
Every diaphragm passes dimensional calibration, high-pressure fatigue cycle test, oil immersion aging test before delivery. Fully meets OEM quality standards, stable and reliable for long-term harsh construction site working conditions.
