Product Overview

This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm (piston cup) is specially developed for Indeco MES301 hydraulic rock breakers. It is the core sealing component inside the breaker accumulator, isolating high-pressure nitrogen chamber and hydraulic oil circuit completely. Manufactured with imported reinforced HNBR composite rubber, the diaphragm features outstanding fatigue resistance, oil resistance, high-temperature resistance and anti-aging performance. It effectively solves common failures such as nitrogen leakage, impact force attenuation and hydraulic overheating, stabilizing continuous impact output and greatly extending the service life of the breaker under long-term crushing, demolition and mining heavy-load operation.
