Additional Notes

  •  As a boom-mounted dedicated hammer, ensure the installation connection between the hammer and the carrier boom is firm and locked, and the 125 mm tool is installed in place without looseness. Check the tightness of all connecting bolts and hydraulic pipe joints before each operation to prevent accidents caused by falling or oil leakage during high-intensity work.
  • Abide by the 1,360 kg minimum flange-mounted working weight requirement, strictly prohibit dry firing and long-term continuous impact on hard rock or reinforced concrete. For underwater breaking operations, check the sealing performance of all waterproof components in advance, and stop working immediately to inspect if abnormal noise, vibration or oil seepage occurs during operation.
  • Timely clean the hammer body and hydraulic interfaces after operation, and apply anti-rust oil to metal connecting parts. Regularly inspect the wear of the tool and internal seals, replace worn parts in a timely manner; store the hammer in a dry and ventilated indoor environment when not in use for a long time, and cover the hydraulic ports to prevent dust and impurities from entering the hydraulic system.
