Additional Notes

  • This breaker is purpose-built for 45-80 ton excavators only. Using it on carriers outside this weight range will cause catastrophic hydraulic system mismatch, leading to a complete drop in impact performance and permanent damage to internal structural and hydraulic components.
  • Strictly maintain the operating pressure at 160-180 bar and oil flow at 260-360 L/min during all operations. Any deviation will rapidly accelerate wear of high-precision hydraulic parts, destabilize heavy-load work and drastically shorten the breaker's service life.
  • Only install original working tools with 190 mm diameter and 790 mm working length. Non-standard, modified or counterfeit tools will completely disrupt the transmission of ultra-high-intensity impact force, drastically increasing the risk of equipment jamming, breakage or sudden catastrophic failure on site.
  • The guaranteed sound power level of the breaker is 126 dB(A). All on-site operators must wear top-grade industrial hearing protection devices (including sound-isolating earmuffs) throughout the entire construction process, and auxiliary noise reduction measures should be adopted on the working site to effectively prevent severe noise-induced hearing damage.
