This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm & piston cup repair kit is specially engineered for JSC JSB40G small hydraulic breakers and JSB151 medium rock hammers, widely matched to mini & medium excavator demolition machinery. The kit includes integral energy storage diaphragm, hydraulic piston cup, matching O-rings, gaskets and anti-extrusion backup rings for full breaker accumulator overhaul.
Manufactured with imported reinforced HNBR and modified FKM fluororubber, the product features outstanding oil resistance, wide temperature adaptability and ultra-high fatigue impact resistance. It perfectly replaces original JSC breaker rubber parts, solves common failures such as nitrogen leakage, insufficient impact force, pressure attenuation and abnormal hammer vibration, greatly extending breaker service life under long-cycle high-frequency crushing operation.
