This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm & piston cup repair kit is specially customized for Komac KB2000, OKB2000, KB3500 hydraulic rock breakers, widely matched on medium & large excavator hydraulic hammers for mining, demolition and road construction. The package contains matched energy storage diaphragm, hydraulic piston cup, supporting O-rings and auxiliary sealing gaskets for full accumulator overhaul.
Produced with imported modified NBR and reinforced FKM fluororubber via high-temperature vulcanization, the parts feature outstanding oil resistance, high-frequency fatigue resistance, anti-aging and anti-tearing performance. It perfectly replaces original Komac OEM diaphragms, solves typical failures including nitrogen leakage, weak striking force, abnormal pressure drop and diaphragm rupture, and greatly extends breaker service life under continuous heavy impact working conditions.

Core diaphragm and piston cup adopt multi-layer fiber reinforced FKM composite rubber, specially optimized for high-frequency reciprocating impact of breakers. Resist hydraulic oil corrosion, high temperature aging and repeated stretching, no cracking or permanent deformation under long-time vibration. Stable working range from -30°C to 120°C.
All components pass strict 28MPa high-pressure nitrogen tightness test. Effectively isolate hydraulic oil and high-pressure nitrogen inside accumulator, eliminate internal air leakage and oil seepage, maintain constant striking power and stable hydraulic output of the hammer, avoid weak hitting failure caused by damaged diaphragm.
Integrates all matched sealing accessories needed for accumulator full maintenance. One set meets all repair demands, saves separate part procurement time and reduces equipment downtime & maintenance cost.
