This heavy-duty accumulator piston cup & diaphragm assembly is specially developed for KOMAC KB3600, OKB4000, KB4200 hydraulic rock breakers, core wear-resistant spare parts for excavator crushing machinery. It acts as the isolation barrier between high-pressure nitrogen cavity and hydraulic oil circuit, including integrated piston cup, rubber diaphragm, auxiliary sealing gaskets and anti-tear reinforcement sheets for full accumulator overhaul replacement.
Adopted imported modified NBR + high-performance FKM fluororubber composite material with one-step integrated vulcanization molding, featuring outstanding high-frequency fatigue resistance, oil resistance, low/high temperature stability and anti-aging performance. It thoroughly solves common failures like nitrogen leakage, impact force attenuation, diaphragm rupture and pressure loss, effectively extending the service life of hydraulic breakers under long-time heavy impact working conditions.
