This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm cup is specially engineered for TOYO TOP300 hydraulic rock breakers, widely matched on 12–18 ton excavators for construction crushing and demolition work. It is the core energy storage sealing component of the breaker accumulator, isolating high-pressure nitrogen and hydraulic oil perfectly.
Manufactured with imported reinforced PPDI composite rubber, the diaphragm features outstanding fatigue resistance, high temperature resistance and anti-tear performance. It directly replaces original TOYO diaphragm parts, solves common failures like nitrogen leakage, weak impact force and frequent pressure drop, and greatly extends continuous working life under high-frequency impact heavy-load conditions.

Core diaphragm adopts imported reinforced PPDI rubber with fiber interlayer, ultra-high rebound elasticity, excellent hydraulic oil corrosion resistance and anti-aging performance, stable operation within -30°C to 150°C wide temperature range.
All finished products pass 28MPa long-cycle high-pressure fatigue testing. Effectively prevent nitrogen leakage and hydraulic oil mixing inside the accumulator, maintain stable impact power of the breaker without force attenuation during long-hour continuous crushing.
Integral one-time vulcanization molding, thickened edge anti-tear design. Resist repeated stretching deformation from thousands of high-frequency impacts per minute, avoid edge cracking and premature scrap, lower equipment downtime and maintenance cost.
Every diaphragm cup undergoes air tightness, high-pressure fatigue and high-temperature aging tests before delivery, meets OEM original quality standards, ensures stable and reliable long-term construction performance.
